Yes. Worth considering mortgage rates in Scotland are sticky as they are driven by offers in principle.

Also solicitors are notoriously bad in the central belt. It's even possible that house prices end up a bit higher than they are now, but only because solicitors have been low balling the market for so long. 20% over home report sales should prompt investigations.
