They chain their bikes up in times square etc then film themselves from a distance stealing them with bolt croppers etc. No one gives a fuck.
The final scene is them taking an angle grinder to one of their locks. A police car pulls up and asks what they're doing. They say they've lost their keys and the police then offer to help them. Zero questions asked.
No one, police included, gives a fuck about anyone stealing your bike. Breaks my heart.
