| Comment | I obviously don’t know how bad things are at your mums for you.. but if it is tolerable, I would encourage you to continue to focus on job hunting and once you have steady income look at buying instead of renting.
You have a decent amount saved now but wouldn’t get approved without regular income. If you rent now you may end up having to eat into savings until a job comes.
Again this is all circumstantial and if living at your mums is not feasible for your own mental health or whatever reasons then go for a rented room or something along those lines.
