| Comment | Very generic experience with a couple of phones:
a. often the official one gives you peace of mind it *will* be fixed or replaced for the amount they estimated. Vodafone are little more expensive than shops anyway (I appreciate this isn't a phone though)
b. check they've got what you need; one time I had a phone with a cosmetic crack. I got it replaced by an unofficial repair shop and they took the screen off, didn't have a replacement and couldn't put the original back on, so it was 100% fucked. |
