| Comment | I'm in SLC, but same issue. The bin at the local kids playpark was overflowing from being not properly emptied, so I went over with a trowel, heavy duty gardening gloves and two bin liners. Dug all the crap out (literally, thanks to the rotting dog poo bags), filled one bin nab, left it tied up for the binmen to take away, and lined the fresh empty bin.
Bets on they don't lift the full bag tho since it's not a SLC binbag, and they wont replace the liner, so it'll be back to the same unemptiable rotting overflowing state in a few days, right next to the toddlers swings :( |
