Bike Hive in Hyndland hidden at the bottom of Turnberry Road. James is brilliant and very technical but he had some odd opening times so best to check.
Also last time I used him he was great but took a week to return bike.
Dr bike / bike for good is worth a visit but again can have some changeable opening times
George at West end cycles is a bit grumpy sometimes but if you get him on a good day he is reasonably priced for this type of stuff. I have a few bikes and he often charges labour or parts only.
I avoid gears in Gibson at as they are good but I think they can be a bit pricey or will replace rather than repair.
Over all this is not a big thing for a bike shop but be aware they are all busy as the weather is lovely and everyone wants to get out for a cycle |
