People will come to an area to do just that, consume. The southside is busy busy busy and the main things that open up are just new food and drink places. Obviously have some nice green spaces to compliment but people are willing to travel out for good scran and bevvy.
A venue to replace the ABC but be nice but wishful thinking probably.
