Comment	Hey, feel free to PM me. I think you should self refer to samh, and maybe gamh. Your GP can refer you to IPS (individual placement scheme) with samh as well and you can get 1 on 1 support weekly with someone on an ongoing basis. Please don’t throw away all your money just yet. Talk to your GP and disability team at the uni (which one may i ask?), there is a vast amount of support available for you and you do not need a diagnosis to get help, a doctor can write a note, or you can let them know you’re in the process with GPHSC.
