Do yous always reply to “how you doin?” I feel like sometimes it’s said instead of “hi” and the person’s kept on waking past before I’ve had a chance to tell them how exactly I am doing, but there’s other times I wonder if I’ve been rude by not saying. Whit’s the etiquette?!
