I paid 440 for a studio flat in Byres rd. I was there for 7 years, and the landlord only raised the price once from 420 to 440. When I took that flat around 2013 I thought it was expensive but I was desperate.
I left that flat just before COVID. Now I own a house near Cambuslang.
