Comment	There's the city of Glasgow and then there's the greater Glasgow conurbation which includes all the areas that you've mentioned. Depends what the topic is, but sometimes it's more relevant to consider the surrounding areas as well. Sometimes it's not. Places like East Kilbride, Rutherglen and Paisley etc might as well be part of Glasgow at this point.
