Difficulty depends on where the supply pipes inside are. Mine ran me about 70 quid, cold only, but its right next to the kitchen sink so the guy just had to drill through the wall and put in a connection to the sink supply. 80 for hot and cold seems reasonable, assuming you want or need hot water on an outside tap.
