I worked there for 4 years, any time I spoke to T Cooper I found him to be perfectly pleasant to speak to. I have an interest in photography so would talk to him about that.
I would agree the working conditions are still stuck in the 1970's, one of the worst jobs I ever had, left me a mental wreck 2 years after leaving.
