I never bought the property so I'm unaware how any of this works. I moved in with my partner after he bought it, he isn't as knowledgeable as he should be when it comes to stuff like this.
He thought he could just drop the factors but I do know that you legally need a factor. To change factors does it need to be everyone in agreement or just a majority? |
