Easy for me to say this because I'm not afraid of physical conflict but I would probably just gub her one. She's clearly a bully and the only way to get rid of a bully is to kick the utter shite out them. Or stand up to them at least.
What are other neighbours opinions on the bint? Have they had problems with her? Could try and get other neighbours to rally round and oust her.
