| Comment | The unfortunate thing is that most Landlords, so long as they get paid each month, couldn't give a shit what arguments their tenants are having with neighbours.
There should be more regulation in place forcing them to act but it takes a lot before the local council can bring anything to bear on them. Eventually they can lose their landlord registration if they fail to act but it takes a lot for them to have the ammunition to do it. |
