| Comment | It's a decent venue but it's very, very loud. The acoustics in the main hall are terrible so they crank the volume to unreasonable levels to compensate.
A lot of the bands I used to like played at The Garage back in the day, but most of the gigs I go to nowadays are at SWG3 Galvanisers. The music is nowhere near as loud, but perfectly fills the place and sounds amazing. I can't believe I used to think the sound volume/quality in The Garage was normal. |
