Mine fluctuates month to month as they charge based on what happens each month, but it's rarely more than £70 and usually closer to £50 including building insurance. We use 91BC after leaving Hacking & Paterson and they've been pretty good, they've got a good online portal for reporting issues where the staff update on progress regularly and they've been good at dealing with issues with contractors.
