I think I've been once, and i know it's anecdotal, but probably with merit that they allegedly (illegally) raise prices on drunk people, which while i'd say drunkards probably deserve it walking in there, it's not a good image.

Maybe with the renovated station, GCC will be taking an interest in the street. |
