If you can’t, study up online on Bodybuilding.com and such sites.
Most people(if they aren’t a PT) will tell you to do what they do because that’s what they know.
You know you, you know your time restrictions, your diet habits, your motivation.
Main thing, take time. It takes time. You can train for the first month however you want, it won’t make a difference until you find something you want to do.
Bulking up means excess calories and then decide your training plan.
If you find a good gym and/or friend(s) that want to train, they are a massive asset to hitting your goals.
