When my Dad was alive I contacted the DVLA to have his license revoked. He was dying of cancer and in terrible pain which affected his vision and reactions. It was a horrible decision for me to make and I felt incredibly guilty but I know I would have felt a lot worse had he killed someone on the road due to his erratic driving.
