All depends on your budget and what kind of house/flat you’re looking for.
Periphery areas vary, some have quite a small town mentality, others are basically commuter towns so are more diverse.
As for foreigners, may be uncomfortable but Glasgow is really the only Scottish city that could be considered diverse.
Does that mean that it will be easy or everyone will be friendly?
No, but it will be easier here than elsewhere.
Early years/nursery teachers get paid buttons here, council jobs get a bit more but they’re hard to come by. |
