Your description of them makes them seem like normal folk living a normal life?
As for the furniture in the garden, I wouldn't personally add furniture to a communal area, but if I did, I'd expect other folk to just naturally use it as it is a shared area... and pay for it if it was ever broken by them. Probably easier spending £50 on some bits and bobs for the garden than going around every house in my close, asking for a fiver to decorate the garden. |
