Comment | I am so sorry to read this. A couple of questions come to mind, if that's OK. Have you spoken to your GP about how you are feeling? And you mention you have no-one to talk to. Do you think a mental health support group would be helpful?
I'm glad that starting back at the gym did help initially but I know that sometimes being around people in that kind of environment, where everyone else is either focused on their own thing or together in groups, can make you feel even more alone. Do you live anywhere you can get out for walks?
Loneliness is the most brutal feeling. I hope it has helped a little even to open up here. x |
