Hey OP. I'm so sorry you're feeling so awful. Everyone thinks it's so much easier to make friends when you're young- but that's often not the case,is it? You very much deserve to get some help and it would be great if you could muster up the energy to see your GP. The sooner, the better. You sound like you're in a really bad place - I've been there and I know how hard it is to ask for help.

Night shifts are horrible- they disrupt your sleep pattern and can really affect mental health. Are you in a position to ask for day shifts?

A lot of students have gone home for the summer - did you have any friends from your course? Is there maybe one person you could message to say hi?

Please take one day at a time. Starting with a call to your GP in the morning. A good next step is to set yourself one goal for this week - like taking a 10 minute walk three times this week; you can increase that to more days over the coming weeks. If you can try to do little things each week, it'll hopefully help you to feel a bit stronger. Xx
