| Comment | The receptionists at my surgery never ask why I need an appointment and they're always fine on the phone, must have found the absolute gold mine of GPs. My only complaint about them is they frequently forget to check my DOB as there's a lady at my surgery with the EXACT same name and causes the GPs to get confused when they're expecting a 60 something and get a 20 something instead. |
