| Comment | I did it and it cost about 55k after all the additional problems were found. Would never do it again. The job was decent but never got quite what I wanted and towards the end they started sending the second rate builders that started scratching and half-arseing all the good work already done. If you go down this route, make sure you find out everything you want first, and detail everything. Write it all down. I didn't and stuff was just not done as expected. It also took 3X the time quoted. At the end I just gave up and left the last few pieces not done., |
