To me, that looks rather tasty, I like a savoury croissant and that seems to give you the best of both worlds in terms of breakfast and an afternoon tea. That being said, I can almost guarantee those rolls will likely be small brioche rolls and not Mortons rolls.

Morton's rolls are as per the below picture, really crispy on the outside, while a bit chewy on the inside with large air bubbles. If you are wanting to try them, you likely won't find them as part of a "tea" but if you ask in the place where you get this they might do filled Morton's rolls so you could ask for one on the side.

It will be really different to Norwegian bread, not saying better or worse (I just like bread, in pretty much all it's forms!), but different is good. You could also pop into a shop for a loaf of Mother's Pride Plain Bread which is a traditional type of bread and quite unique to Scotland these days.
