I work there and AAU was flooded today. The weird thing is, it's on the ground floor of Jubilee so not sure how that happened. There are always leaks in the older buildings though. Some of them are over 100 years old and maintenance is a nightmare. Last night's rain was quite extreme so I expected to have issues today.
