| Comment | Doune are cunts no doubt, but I'm sure that's how being bar staff at Reading etc was a decade ago. Basically you'd pay for a "ticket" to the bar company, then work three shifts for them. As long as you completed those three shifts you got your money back, and any time not on shift was your own to go see bands. It stopped people saying they would work it, get on site and then promptly disappear to have a free festival. |
