Alot of folk claiming it's a reaction from Rangers fans/loyalists, but you're all missing that there's alot of graff artists who despise Banksy. There's been a few anti Banksy bits popping up around town so potentially be same person. Could also be a seething Onion Bear member but just worth a thought.
