Might be tough say just now. Interest rates just shot right up a couple of hours ago. This is going to make mortgages WAY more expensive. This has been what's happening for the last year and it has only knocked values down a tiny bit but this latest hike is a doozy and might actually limit the amount people can realistically borrow. You might not really know for a couple weeks.
