| Comment | I was an intern / grad and got told off for asking too many questions. Some of the people on the team were nasty. There was one comment that really stuck in my head- there was a woman on the team next to mine that some of the guys didn’t like and I heard one of them wishing while she was out that her hospital appointment was for something serious 🙃
I seriously considered bouncing back to retail, I panicked so hard that I was in the wrong field. You’re right about it being slow- every other dev job I’ve had I’ve learned more in weeks than I did in months at JP, and I’ve met plenty of weirdos but no proper nasty bastards. Much happier now it’s behind me. |
