| Comment | Really? Not challenging you on it, I'm genuinely curious as it's something I know nothing about. I'd have thought there would be a reasonable amount of flexibility built into a tour schedule to cater for things like travel delays, changes in time zones, local licensing, some gigs having more support acts than others etc, not to mention acts having time for TV and radio promo, meet & greet etc.
I understand that timing for football is quite often dictated by TV or other games happening elsewhere simultaneously but imagined that gigs were far more "standalone". |
