Moved to Japan, and there's this wee group of fannies who will gather up outside the school I teach at and rip around in their modified cars and motorbikes, making a racket. They always turn up during night school classes, see the lights on, and decide to hang around even longer, making it so nobody can hear each other in class, even with the windows shut.
Local polis don't do anything because there's technically nothing illegal happening and its just "bored kids", since we're rural.
You're probably best getting a local politician in on it. Then the polis will probably lift a finger. |
