Comment | I can’t help with the legal situation, but if you are still enrolled as a student then most universities should have a hardship fund for students struggling to make ends meet.
At Strathclyde, you can find more information about the [Discretionary Fund](https://www.strath.ac.uk/studywithus/scholarships/discretionaryfund/) here.
Glasgow Uni’s discretionary fund is closed until September, but they have one specifically set up for the summer period, called the [Cost of Living Fund](https://www.gla.ac.uk/myglasgow/registry/finance/funds/costofliving/).
Glasgow Caledonian also has a discretionary fund open for summer applications [here](https://www.gcu.ac.uk/currentstudents/fundingandfinance).
If you’re not in Glasgow or enrolled at a different institution, I’d recommend having a look at what options your Uni offers, or even contact the student finance team who would hopefully be able to help. Sorry to hear you’re going through such tough time - hope you’re able to get the support you need. |
