Call centres are mostly soul destroying and depressing, so I would do anything else first.

Take a look at the job ads and see what employers are looking for and see if any of those sound good.

Tenping is a good idea, and also warehouse work: saves you going to the gym and leaves your brain free to roam.

Check if there are any trades that you fancy, vocational training can be done at any age and college is usually 3 days per week so plenty of time to work part time (plus you might get a bursary).

Or if you fancy getting back into legal work, volunteering a bit at the Citizens Advice might smooth things out
