Yeah, bin collections of all kinds are now being regularly missed. GCC are a disgrace. I expected some improvement once Labour were out, seems the problems are deep-rooted and institutional.
Anyway, what goes in a grey bin? Don't have one. Brown, Blue, Green, and Purple yes, but no grey.
