Yes, it’s pretty rough. It’s “reasonably priced” for a reason.
Like most “bad” areas, unless you have any issues with anyone you’re unlikely to have any real problems, but there’s always the anti social behaviour aspect to consider.
Personally I wouldn’t buy around there unless you really can’t afford anything else.
