| Comment | Depends. Your neighbours could be sound people or right cunts. Saracen St. can be a bit hairy at times, but so can the town. There's good and bad people everywhere, and although it might be considered a bit rough, there's good people there. It's very close to the canal, which is lovely, and a nice walk to town, which isn't far away. Can't advise on property values, etc. but with prices spiralling upwards as they are I'd guess there's a market. |
