| Comment | Yeah that’s super serious as much as people like to try and take this piss. But the social, physical, financial and mental stress that it can put you though is just as debilitating as any other addiction.
You can pay to get a private therapist or if you have private healthcare you can speak to a psychologist that might be able to support you. In all honesty your GP might be the first port of call, if you feel like that would be a challenging conversation, perhaps ask for a telephone appointment so you can feel a bit less vulnerable.
