| Comment | When something smells like the behaviour of a dickhead but actually has questionable negative impact the rule of thumb is: if everyone did it would it be a problem? If so it's probably arsehole behaviour. See things such as: parking over two spaces in a quiet car park; using someone else's bin...and so on.
I'd imagine if everyone in your block decided to chain up 4 bikes in the stairwell it would be a significant issue so even if the stairwell is wide enough that it doesn't present an obstruction on its own, it's still self important behaviour. |
