I used to do a milk round in the early 90s. It involved jumping backwards off a moving van with a milk carrier in each hand. The driver would usually go as fast as he possibly could "for a laugh" and we'd often fall. I didn't get seriously injured but others did and it caused injuries that continue to bother them to this day.

The only life lessons this taught me was to never put myself at risk for other people's benefit again. It's often said that Health and Safety rules are written in blood and they fucking are. This guy wants a kid to do dangerous work for peanuts. You're not a snowflake to refuse that. Fuck him and his shite firm.
