Everywhere in Greater Glasgow near a tube station or train station is within 20-25 minutes of the city centre. Despite what people often say on this subreddit transport links are pretty good here.

There's really no good reason to live in the city centre, there's not much residential property and it's mostly noisy and a pain in the arse.

This might be tricky to find, as the vast majority of flats are tenements which were built before en-suite (and if Victorian, non-outside) was a thing. Even in new builds I think that's going to be hard to find. In fact, I don't think I've ever seen a 2 bed flat with 2 bathrooms anywhere in my life.
