You can buy them directly from a pharmacy, but I tried stopping years ago and after a quick conversation with my local GP they gave me a prescription for the patches and chewing gum. They didn’t work for me, but I have been on a vape for about 5 years now which works for me though not really completely stopping, but saves a fortune.
