No worries you will find what works for you. Some of my mates were able to just go completely cold turkey and never think about it again, but I would assume that most people need something. Cold turkey or patches etc didn’t work for me because it’s not the nicotine as my vape oils are no nicotine, it’s just the habit of smoking for me.
