Haha I wouldn’t class them as nightmares, just very vivid. I weirdly enjoy them😂 You can take the patch off at night if they get bad and just put it back on in the morning. If feel are waking up because no nicotine, handy to have a nicotine lozenger handy aswell to help out. You got this 👊🏻
