| Comment | Your local pharmacy will be able to help. They have me patches but I couldn’t stick it and continued smoking, but I really hope you can quit it! It’s a tough thing to do, but it’ll definitely be worth it.
One warning I’ll give is to *never* wear the patches to bed. I did that and had extremely wacky dreams, not nightmares or anything bad - just really weird and vivid dreams. |
