| Comment | This is 110% animal cruelty, get the SSPCA on the phone or alternatively you can email them. I had to do it a few months ago because the aresehole above my nana locked his dog out on the vranda 24/7 no matter the weather and it was only about 4 foot x 4 foot and it was covered in its own droppings. Within a week the dog was gone so they act pretty fast.
I’d also report the dog in the house too, if it’s aggressive chances are it’s being neglected too and that’s why it’s behaving in that way. If you cant look after all of your animals you shouldn’t have any. Thankyou for speaking up and being the voice these poor animals need. |
