Comment	You aren't meant to cross between them. The police will tell you that. There's points between them where police should help you cross. No one should grab you & I've never seen them do this to anyone. But they will usually shout at you. You don't need to agree or disagree with the OO but being in this city you need to be quite savvy around them.
